First Public Release 0.0.2

This first public release just brings a few changes and bugfixes.

CHANGES

• Changed controls for ability 1 and 2
• Changed hotkey to pause from P to E
• Gunners now spawn on all side
• Gunners now only spawn if you have a score of 75 or higher
• Swapped prices for Bouncy Shield and Spike Shield

FIXES

• Fixed Gunners being able to move while paused
